STEP 1 :

If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our institution's services,

STEP 2 :

COMPLETE THE COMPLAINT FORM

Access the Complaint From on Campus Insight.
-Fill out the form with detailed information about your complaint.
Attach any relevant documents or evidence

STEP 3:

SUBMISSION

Submit the completed form electronically through the designated
complaints submission portal on the Campus Insight

STEP 4 :

INVESTIGATION

Our dedicated Complaints committee will review your complaint
thoroughly and promptly
-Expect an acknowledgment of your complaint within 3 working days

STEP 5 :

RESOLUTION

We are committed to resolving your complaint fairly and transparently.
-If you are not satisfied with the outcome,you have the right to appeal.

STEP 6 :

ESCALATION

If necessary, complaints can be escalated to ACCA or the appropriate
regulator following our complaints procedure.
